Welcome to Card Dictator (accessible from card-addict.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and dictation tool. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Service provides a voice-to-text dictation application designed for trading card collectors. The application processes voice data in real-time through standard browser Web Speech APIs. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the results of the dictation will be 100% accurate or perfectly formatted. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated CSV data.
Card Dictator does not permanently store the voice recordings; audio processing occurs on the client-side browser or through the browser's native speech recognition engine.
The layout, design, web application logic, and overall look-and-feel of Card Dictator are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy or reuse our code without permission. Trading card names, brands, or databases uploaded via PDF by users remain the property of their respective owners.
In no event shall Card Dictator, nor its operators, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website (such as data loss of dictated collections or mismatched card names).
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time as we see fit. By using this Website, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
